Serviceable Areas
We currently deliver orders exclusively within India.
If your location is not serviceable, you will not be able to complete the checkout process.
We are actively working to expand our delivery network, so we encourage you to check back periodically if your area is not currently covered.
Order Confirmation and Processing
Once your order is placed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days from the date of confirmation.
Shipping and Delivery Timelines
After dispatch, shipping details and tracking information will be shared via email or SMS.
Estimated delivery time is typically within 10 business days from the date of shipping.
In exceptional cases involving factors such as natural calamities, courier delays, or stock issues, delivery may take up to 15 to 30 business days.
Delayed or Cancelled Deliveries
If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 to 30 business days, you will be notified about the delay.
In case of cancellation due to product unavailability:

A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders, or

A coupon code of equivalent value will be shared with you, which can be used for future purchases.
For partial deliveries, if any items are undeliverable:

A refund or coupon will be provided for the undelivered portion of your order.
Packaging, Invoicing and Logistics
We collaborate with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
While we strive to dispatch your entire order in a single shipment, multiple shipments may occur due to stock availability or specific packaging needs.
Each shipment will include a GST-compliant invoice as per Indian tax regulations.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
